1. Introduction
Welcome to Shaped JT Inc. By accessing or using our website, purchasing or renting machinery, engaging with our services, or otherwise interacting with Shaped JT Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from using our website and services. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Shaped JT Inc. and you, the "Client."

2. Eligibility
To enter into a contract with Shaped JT Inc., you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of Alberta, Canada. By agreeing to these terms, you affirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Services Offered
Shaped JT Inc. provides body contouring machinery, training, certification, business consulting, and studio setup services. These services may be offered either in person or through digital platforms, depending on the nature of the service. Shaped JT Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion without prior notice. This includes the right to amend the scope, pricing, or availability of services.

4. Purchases and Payments
All purchases and rentals of machinery, training services, and associated offerings must be paid in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, such as through a formal payment plan arrangement. Payment terms will be provided at checkout or in a formal invoice. Failure to fulfill payment obligations may result in the suspension or termination of services, repossession of rented equipment, and other legal remedies as deemed necessary by Shaped JT Inc.

5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products and services, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered, except in cases where the product is found to be defective, or the service has not been delivered as explicitly promised. Requests for refunds or replacement must be made in writing within 14 days of receiving the product or service. Refund eligibility will be determined at Shaped JT Inc.’s sole discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Training, Certification, and Business Setup Assistance
Shaped JT Inc. provides specialized training and certification programs to ensure Clients can operate body contouring machinery safely and effectively. Certification is only awarded to those who successfully complete the training program and meet all required standards. Shaped JT Inc. reserves the right to withhold certification if the Client fails to meet the performance standards or comply with training requirements. Clients are also responsible for securing any additional training, permits, or local business licenses required in their jurisdiction to legally operate.

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are solely responsible for following all operational and maintenance guidelines provided during training. Clients are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, certifications, or licenses required to operate body contouring machinery in their region. Shaped JT Inc. assumes no liability for the Client’s failure to comply with local laws or regulatory requirements. Additionally, Shaped JT Inc. is not responsible for the success or failure of any business venture launched by the Client, as the results are contingent upon the Client’s own efforts and external factors beyond Shaped JT Inc.'s control.

8. Liability
Shaped JT Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of income, business interruptions, injury, or damage to property. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have adequate insurance coverage, including public liability insurance, to protect themselves from claims or liabilities arising from the use of Shaped JT Inc.’s equipment or services. Shaped JT Inc. makes no guarantees as to the results or outcomes obtained from the use of its products or services. Any business venture that the Client engages in as a result of using Shaped JT Inc.’s machinery or services is undertaken at the Client’s sole risk. Shaped JT Inc. shall not be held responsible for any legal or financial issues that arise from the Client's business operations.

9. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Shaped JT Inc. provides all machinery, training, and services on an “as is” basis without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While we strive to offer the highest quality services and machinery, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the products for any specific business purpose or profit outcome. Shaped JT Inc. is not responsible for unforeseen technical issues or operational failures of the machinery, software, or training tools used by the Client. Any such failures or delays in service will not entitle the Client to compensation.

10. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shaped JT Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of the Client’s use of the machinery, training, or services provided by Shaped JT Inc. This indemnification extends to claims brought by third parties, including but not limited to claims for injury, property damage, business losses, or legal violations incurred as a result of the Client’s use of Shaped JT Inc. products or services.

11. Confidentiality and Privacy
We respect the privacy of our Clients. Shaped JT Inc.’s handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using our services, Clients agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Shaped JT Inc. will not disclose any confidential information provided by the Client without prior consent, except as required by law.

12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, logos, and proprietary software associated with Shaped JT Inc., remain the exclusive property of Shaped JT Inc. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website or materials without obtaining prior written consent from Shaped JT Inc. Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in legal action.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada. Shaped JT Inc. reserves all legal rights to pursue damages, injunctions, or other remedies available under Alberta law to enforce these Terms and Conditions.

14. Changes to Terms
Shaped JT Inc. reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services following the posting of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. It is the Client’s responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with any other agreements incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between Shaped JT Inc. and the Client regarding the use of the website and services. Any prior agreements, whether oral or written, are superseded by these Terms and Conditions.

17. Business Startup Assistance Disclaimer
Shaped JT Inc. offers business startup advice and assistance as part of its service offerings. However, Shaped JT Inc. makes no representations or warranties regarding the success, profitability, or legal compliance of any business venture undertaken by the Client. The Client remains solely responsible for ensuring that their business is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to health, safety, labor, and business operations. Shaped JT Inc. is not responsible for any legal or regulatory penalties incurred by the Client.

18. Machinery Operation and Liability
Shaped JT Inc. shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur as a result of improper use, negligence, or failure to follow instructions while operating the machinery sold or rented by the company. The Client assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the equipment is used in accordance with all safety standards and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.

19. Force Majeure
Shaped JT Inc. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, equipment failures, or disruptions in supply chains.
